These Terms of Use govern your access to the 3CirclesStudio website and any enquiry you send through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The studio
3CirclesStudio is a creative practice offering graphic design, photography, and interior design. Website content is for information only and does not form a contract until a written agreement or invoice is accepted.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site for personal or professional interest. You must not:
- Copy, scrape, or republish our work without permission
- Attempt to break, overload, or misuse the site
- Submit false, harmful, or unlawful information through the contact form
3. Projects and quotes
Enquiries sent via the contact form are requests, not bookings. Scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed only in a written proposal, estimate, or contract. Work begins after that confirmation and any agreed deposit.
4. Intellectual property
All branding, photographs, layouts, text, and design on this site belong to 3CirclesStudio or our clients, as applicable. Client project files remain subject to the licence in that project's agreement. Until invoices are paid in full, we retain copyright in commissioned work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Portfolio
Unless a client asks us in writing not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio, website, and social channels, with reasonable credit to the client where appropriate.
6. Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, image, or statistic is complete or current. Placeholder images may appear where final photography is still being prepared.
7. Third-party services
Links to Instagram, Behance, LinkedIn, or other services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3CirclesStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability for any commissioned project is limited as set out in that project's written agreement.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Dehradun / Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a project contract says otherwise.
